TeamWork and Why does it fail?
So, many of us are well familiar with the positive aspects of the team work in reducing the mental pressure, division of larger work into smaller fragments to deal and speeding up the process but what we are unfamiliar is that the basic requirements of the teamwork and the probability of its failure under general conditions. Well, in the present corporate training centers they will exalt the necessity of the team work as the most important part of the corporate work culture but we never knew that it adds more or less the reason for the failure of work production producing the massive wastage of work time and effort.
