TeamWork and Why does it fail?

So, many of us are well familiar with the positive aspects of the team work in reducing the mental pressure, division of larger work into smaller fragments to deal and speeding up the process but what we are unfamiliar is that the basic requirements of the teamwork and the probability of its failure under general conditions. Well, in the present corporate training centers they will exalt the necessity of the team work as the most important part of the corporate work culture but we never knew that it adds more or less the reason for the failure of work production producing the massive wastage of work time and effort. In order to understand this, we need to learn a few things about the teamwork which you may or may not find in certain books. Usually Teamwork is of two types. 1. where different person persons group together to complete a task where the tasks assigned to different persons in the group are not interdependent on each other. For instance, Household chores, which are inde...

Nationality, war and justice

Nationality, considered as a definition for the protection and pride of the resources available in a country. The resource may be human resource, mineral resource or intellectual resource. Whatever it may be, a country always tries to protect it by whatever means possible. That's the reason the whole earth is demarcated with imaginary lines with definite sovereignty. We maintain armies to protect and extend these ideals of particular nationality. These boundaries became so important for a nation to defend, sacrificing people living in it with an apprehensive fear of being subjugated by one another with the mistrust between countries. If one considers the safe and wellbeing of people, there would be no wars. If one asks, what's the difference if the Kashmir is in the hands of Pakistan or India till the people of Kashmir could able to lead a happy life with basic amenities provided to them? A land has nothing to do with the country for it to sacrifice so many souls to defen...

Existance of God explained

Image
Though modern science denies the existence of god, more than 3/4th population of the world still believes in existence of god. Those include that science students too. Science run on experimentation and results. The results prove the existence of something and it's properties. Mostly it won't happen in science that the properties of something is decided and then experiments are conducted on it to prove because science is something that comes out of experimentation. Things whose properties are made without experiments and which are beyond the reach of human perception still remains enigmatic and theories remained unstable, like the  big bang, God particle, black hole and few other things whose existence and properties had been decided by references instead of actual experimentation on them. Now taking this into consideration, let's consider why it is beyond the perception of science. Now the science had made advancements to calculate the amount of stress, pain, anger etc...

Everywhere it's the same

There are different kinds of love we experience in our life. Love of mother, father, brother, sister, friends, relatives, boyfriend, girlfriend, wife, son, daughter. Though it emanates from different sources, it serves a single purpose, that is, wherever it may be coming from, all we feel is that special warm feeling with un-timed affection and selfishness that you belong to them. It was shown to us in different forms by different people at different situations. When your mom backs you up for your mischief, when your father gives you money though he knew you would squander, when your sibling supports your foolish decisions, when your friend scold you for your wrong, when your crying baby runs into your arms, when your spouse takes you into their arms when you are distressed or when everybody here keeps compelling or advising you every time to be the best. Everybody have their own way of expressing their love on us. It depends on how well we can understand it. We can't point out a...

IN PRESENT THROUGH PAST

In present through past How past effects our present Time is memories of past and thoughts of future. It has its own form in different fields. Somewhere it is disintegration of matter and in another place it is just a flow of our perceptions. Whatever it is, it always affects us but the reverse is not possible. There are two ways in understanding it. First is in relation with physics and the second is in relation with normal life. I am going to choose the latter one for now. You can read my blog "time travel possibilities explained" here. Time illustrated in life as past, present and future. We can't divide these three into three distinct features of life but it's a connected continuous stretched thread with a perceptible end, moving point and invisible end, where disturbance at a single point will carry it's affect along its length. It's inevitable. When we compare it with our life, the perceptible part is past, invisible end is future and mov...

Be a Leader and Choose One

Many of us had participated in building this country through implicit decisions by our representatives. We choose how our society has to be for the next five years and very nook and cranny of our life. Our present day life is the effect of society and society is effected by the policies and rules of the government which implicates us.  If you keep grumbling or scoffing about the activities of the government, know that, it is you who made it last time. If you don't, don't worry, you will get it. It is not the time to start doing because your Right to Vote is already 73 yrs. old. It is not only important to cast your vote, it is also important to choose the right person who could reflect the public need and wellness in an assembly is indispensable.  People, look at where we live in. If you are so dissatisfied with the way it is, why don't you use your power to change it into a right course. Somebody who got freedom for this country gave us freedom to choose what this coun...

Population of India

1210569573, the total population of India according to 2011 census, more than a sixth of world’s population, with the population growth rate of 1.41% every year . Some of you might have already know it that in order to be a developed country, the foremost things is to, keep check to the exponential population growth of this country. If anybody consider it as a valuable resource for our country, there should always be a limit to availability of something. There is no use of tons of gold if there are no people to use it, at least, unlike population, gold won't eat   other resource for its survival. Population has been a major hindrance for the growth of this country since few decades. The availability of the resources for the healthier growth of the population is not balanced. Notwithstanding the distribution of the resources to the population needs, more than 3/4th of the population is not getting the relative quality resources for their development with the present society l...

Education and India

"All citizens have a right to establish and administer educational institutions under Art. 19(1)(g) and minorities have a special right under Art. 30". "Education used to be charity or philanthropy in the good old times". "Education intended to enhance and entertain human senses and it's ambit therefore flourish". Sinecure and emolument are not the apex of it's nexus. The activities that impart knowledge or skill is Education. So, the foremost thing to remember is that practically everybody is educated. So generally whom we think as uneducated are illiterates, those who are unable to read and write. So, why in India at present give more importance in giving this Science education though we are talented in arts and sports? Well, most of us know it. The simple answer is to create the sense of security in us. It gives us innumerable options. A security and a guarantee to our survival. When I said survival, in this vast population, most of us are v...

Social Education and Responsibility

Image
When everybody is so considerate about the actions of the government, abusing them for their work, working out of their rules, about their responses. Cause everybody think that government is government servants and leaders, right? Do you know what makes the government to work like this? It is their sense of irresponsibility since the start of their life. Those filthy governme nt servants never developed the sense of responsibility yet they are given with the power to improve this society. Their irresponsibility may be due to lack of awareness and proper educated life but what happen to you? You are educated, well aware of the things around you, you consider yourself more intellectual than your ancestors, then why you have developed such a social irresponsibility? Since from the starting of the day, you ignore every rule that your education has taught you. Starting from walking on the road, you follow your own rules like "who cares, nothing happens". You ignore even little th...

Love is unconditional

Image
Unconditional love Did you ever had a breakup? When you ever had, why did it? Cause you had a mismatch? A mismatch of attitude, habits, likes, character and whatever the reason might be, did you really love the other? If you did, why did you love? Is it because he/she is smart, beautiful, loving, caring, responsible? If you meet another person who is with the same qualities with love and care for you, will you love them too? If you meet some other better person than before, does your love shifts towards them or will you loose your interest in your previous mates? Well, this thing actually happens in real life. Don't you agree? If you don't,  then you must be afraid to accept that your are in a conditional love, what really is not a 'love'. You just "like" those attributes like you choose a mobile phone with decent features every times when new models comes into market. Is that 'love' is to be chosen every time for a better person? Then obviously ...

Need for SC, ST and BC reservation in India

Should there be continuation of reservation for scheduled caste and tribes and backward caste people still? I will let you decide  by yourself but before that let us discuss about the basics of social.equality. 1. Balance of economy. 2. Balance of power and status structure. Social balance exists when these both exists. The wealth and power should be distributed among the people in order to avoid social discrimination among the people. How many of you believe that balance of power exists in India? Or balance in economy? Have you ever imagined the level of social discrimination in Indian? Let's consider few situations. Have you ever visited village mandal office or panchayath office anytime? Have you ever boarded village buses and sat with those people? Did you ever taste the unpolished rice in a brass bowl or have you ever watched anybody eating like that? You never did any of these things but you shout on government about reservation? For your quick understanding, let's ...

News paper in India

Image
India is a country having the largest news network in this world. A big democratic country with people having so many democratic thoughts. Every Indian gets time to go through the morning news. The main concern is that why he goes through the news paper? The answer may be because most of the government jobs need general social knowledge, to know about the yesterday's play results, to know about the latest gossips and hot pics of models and actors, to know the business graphs, and a great time pass for the people to spend while having a hot morning coffee or in a nice boring journey. Most of the people stick to the last one as India is a land with more middle class families, they will not have time to go through all other stuff, they surf through the whole news paper while having coffee. The above things discussed is for men, coming to women, 95% of Indian educated women will not get time to think about the news paper. All they can know about the society is through the regular husk ...
