What is happiness and beauty?
Everybody thinks that they are happy with the things they are within their life. Well, let us see what it is actually.
You wore a nice new dress and went to your friends. One of your friend say that you are so Beautiful/Handsome. You feel happy and with a little pride you go to other friends, they say that the dress doesn't suite you and you look bad. With that your happiness with your dress has gone and you will try to defend it sometimes to make yourself happy. Does that dress gave you real happiness? Considering other things like, why you feel sad when your new motorcycle got scratched or your cellphone got repaired and why you feel happy when you are riding them or using them. They are just things, they will perish and leaves you sadness. These all are materialistic happiness. Is this materialistic happiness is real happiness?
One day you say a beautiful girl or a handsome boy and your loved that beauty and glow. The next day the girl came without makeup or the boy with a mismatched dress. You will not have the same feeling.  Can a person be with the same beauty all alone his/her days?
When you love a thing most shining and beautiful, after a few days it will not have the same beauty and glow and you will not love that dusty thing. Is it the real beauty? Does beauty perish along with the time? May be no.
For Example, when you think about a great person in history, say about a national leader who is old and died for your country a  long time ago, you will get a beautiful image of him/her in your mind. Why that old guys are beautiful when you think? Is that a image with a lipstick or a beautiful T-Shirt? However old they are, they always appear beautiful and you always love  them,  because you are not seeing the image that you are seeing, it is those national leaders ideals and thoughts. That is what beauty really is.
For example, for Indians who love Mahatma Gandhi, when they think about him, he will appear as the beauty of peace.
For an Instance, In my life, I will always remember a guy Ravi Kiran, who had a great devotion to relationships, friendship and love arts and a girl Padmaja who had her beauty in her innocent calm nature and brodmindedness. Because I love innocent appearance, peace and arts, i could never be able to forget them and they always role in my mind beautiful though it is been 6 years since i have met them and that makes me happy that they are some good memories of past.
A real beauty lies in people nature and thoughts and they will never come out of physical appearance and a real beauty of a person never perish and your love on them will never end if your love a persons mind and personality but not his/her physical attributes or perishable things.
The same way, Happiness can never be materialistic or physical. Happiness lies in, the way you think and the way your thoughts are. A real happiness comes only with the beauty of thoughts you have in mind. As long as those thoughts are with you, you will be happy. Those beautiful thoughts will lead you to the best longest happiness, cause thoughts will never perish in life. Don't search for happiness in those perishable things which makes you sad when they are lost.
Happiness is beauty, beautiful thoughts are happiness and those beautiful thoughts are imperishable and they will never end at a point. Develop beautiful thoughts. Let the others see your beauty in your thoughts. That will keep you happy and beautiful forever.
When you really love a person and wants to live with them forever in happiness, love their thoughts and their personality and attitude. Even they live you materialistically, thoughts about them will always make you happy till you stop thinking about them. This will make you love each other forever and will be beautiful for each other even you grow old. If you love a person physically, that physical thing will leave you in time and your happiness should end someday. So, choose yourself to be happy and beautiful forever in your life.
IF YOU LOVE YOUR THOUGHTS, YOU WILL LOVE YOUR OWN LIFE AND YOU WILL BE HAPPY TO LIVE... :)
